Our 2018 Sempervivum Week is at Pitcalzean House<\/a>, Rosshire, April 7th – 14th 2018<\/strong><\/h1>\n

This year we will also have the use of the barn for activities, kids\/ youth, dancing, whatever!<\/p>\n

How do you book for Easter 2018 week?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Send us a deposit of 50% by 31st December to secure your place and fill in the booking form<\/a>. This way we can know soon how many people will be coming so rooms can be allocated, catering requirements worked out, kids club and teen worker, etc. sorted. The balance will be due before the end of January.<\/p>\n

Deposits  need to be paid by bank transfer (if you have to pay by cheque then do, but it is far easier for us to deal with bank transfers)<\/p>\n

For transfers, the Sempervivum Bank of Scotland account number is 00640726. Sort code: 80-11-00. Please include your name in the reference and indicate the purpose of the payment on the transfer<\/strong>, for example ‘Justin, deposit’<\/em> on the 1st<\/span> payment, ‘Justin, balance’<\/em> on the 2nd<\/span>, and let Ian know when it has been paid in (ischofield57@gmail.com<\/a>) so that we can track the payments.<\/p>\n

More information about the week will be sent out shortly, along with a link to the form on Surveymonkeynso that you can let us know who is coming, how much you’re paying, how many kids\/ teens you’re bringing, and what your needs and offerings for the week are.<\/p>\n

If too many folk apply by December 31st then we will need to find a way to decide who will be going in 2018, and will let people know by at the latest – January 15th<\/sup> 2018.<\/p>\n

Some bursary money is available for anyone who would be really stretched to get to the Easter week because of the cost. Part of the thinking behind this is the recognition:<\/p>\n
