Our 2017 Sempervivum Week is at Pitcalzean House<\/a>, Rosshire, April 1st – 8th 2017<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

This year we will also have the use of the barn for activities, kids\/ youth, dancing, whatever!<\/p>\n

How do you book for Easter 2017 week?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Send us a deposit of 50% by 31st December to secure your place and fill in the booking form<\/a>. This way we can know soon how many people will be coming so rooms can be allocated, catering requirements worked out, kids club and teen worker, etc. sorted. The balance will be due before the end of January.<\/p>\n

Deposits  need to be paid by bank transfer (if you have to pay by cheque then do, but it is far easier for us to deal with bank transfers)<\/p>\n

For transfers, the Sempervivum Bank of Scotland account number is 00640726. Sort code: 80-11-00. Please include your name in the reference and indicate the purpose of the payment on the transfer<\/strong>, for example \u2018Justin, deposit<\/em>\u2019 on the 1st<\/span> payment, \u2018Justin, balance<\/em>\u2019 on the 2nd<\/span>, and let Ian know when it has been paid in (ischofield57@gmail.com<\/a>) so that we can track the payments.<\/p>\n

More information about the week will be sent out shortly, along with a link to the form on Surveymonkeynso that you can let us know who is coming, how much you\u2019re paying, how many kids\/ teens you\u2019re bringing, and what your needs and offerings for the week are.<\/p>\n

If too many folk apply by December 31st then we will need to find a way to decide who will be going in 2017, and will let people know by \u2013 at the latest – January 15th<\/sup> 2017.<\/p>\n

What about Bursaries?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Some bursary money is available for anyone who would be really stretched to get to the Easter week because of the cost. Part of the thinking behind this is the recognition:<\/p>\n
